Season 2 with Dr Richard Sears - If you’ve been following along with our series within a series, we’ve been focusing on how mindfulness can help address some of the most common presenting issues folks face today. As a recap, a presenting issue is a primary concern that might cause a person to seek out the help of a mental healthcare provider. Today, we’ll explore relationship issues.

Relationship issues affect most, if not all of us to one degree or another. Relationship issues also frequently exacerbate other mental health issues. Conversely, supportive relationships can be strong indicators for our likelihoods to handle adversity and avoid developing mental health disorders. 

So, how can a mindfulness practice help support our ability to cope with relationship issues? The key lies in listening. Let’s explore!
